FOOD DONATIONS AND VOLUNTEERING

The Benjamin Logan instrumental Music Department is hosting its 6th annual Improvising a Cure to benefit Relay for Life and the BL Jazz Ensemble on April 26th at 6:00pm. You are being asked for a food donation to make this event a success again this year. The money raised from dinner donations will benefit the Jazz Ensemble, all other money raised goes to Relay for Life. We are sticking with the BBQ menu as everyone seems to enjoy it. The items listed are the things we need and there will be a signup sheet in the band room for your child to put the parent's name and phone number next to the item being cooked/ donated. I will make phone calls to remind you a few days before the event. Jolene Bednarki has graciously agreed to prepare the shredded pork AGAIN this year.

The event will also have a bake sale….so any baked good donations will be greatly appreciated.

Please message me if you are willing to help serve the night of the event!
