The Benjamin Logan Instrumental Music Department will be holding a benefit concert on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 6:00 pm in the High School Commons to raise money for the Logan County Cancer Society. Improvising A Cure, as the event is called, will feature the high school and middle school jazz ensembles and combos. Improvising A Cure will include a silent auction (student artwork), bake sale, 50/50 drawing and BBQ themed dinner (bbq pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, cheesy potatoes, cole slaw etc.). There is no cost to attend this event but donations are appreciated. All proceeds from donations at the door, silent auction, bake sale, and 50/50 will be donated to the Logan County Cancer Society. Dinner donations will benefit the Jazz Program.

The middle school and high school jazz ensembles will be selling Improvising A Cure t-shirts.All proceeds from t-shirt sales will go towards the Logan County Cancer Society as well.

I know the members of the jazz ensemble would love to see you there! This will be year 13 for this event and it is truly one of highlights of the year for our Music Department.
